Yes, we do invest, renovate and sell homes but we also work with individual clients who find homes in great neighborhoods that need updating and with those who have already found their forever home but want to re-model areas of their home to make it more workable for their families. Cedar Street

We poured a LOT of love into this renovation and we are excited to share it with you. This ​completely remodeled 2000 sf rambler in district 66 located on Cedar Street just west of Happy Hollow Country Club. Mid-Century modern design elements incorporate an open layout, four beds, four baths, with vaulted ceilings. Kitchen includes a  large island, spacious pantry, drop zone and new stainless steel appliances, and four season eating area. New spa-like master bath with skylight and soaking tub. The finished basement includes a family room, recreation room, office, bedroom, full bath and a spacious laundry room with room for a craft area. The spacious back yard features a patio and pergola for entertaining space just outside the living room French doors.
